Foster carers needed for a teenage girl (from Summer/Autumn 2025)

We’re looking for a nurturing and supportive family to provide a safe, and stable home for a teenage girl who is ready to transition from a residential care home into a family environment. A carefully planned introduction period will take place to ensure a smooth and supported transition, with ongoing guidance provided.

This young person thrives on structure and predictability. She enjoys spending time with others, chatting, and taking part in pamper nights. She wants to make the world a better place, for everyone to be OK, and to have a space to call her own.

What we’re looking for in a family:

· Ideally, a couple who can role model healthy relationships.

· A home with no more than one other child, ideally younger than her.

· A supportive environment where she can experience the normality of family life.

She will need opportunities to explore, experience new places, and gradually build confidence in busier environments. We’re also looking to encourage and support family time with her siblings to retain their relationship.
